Ben was an absolute superstar today.

We had a resident, Rosanna, who accidentally locked herself out on the balcony. While we were desperately calling local locksmiths (none of whom bothered to return our calls), we came across Ben from Southside Locksmith. He was a real gentleman from the moment he picked up.

Rosanna had been stuck on the scorching balcony for almost an hour, soaking up more vitamin D than anyone would want, and Ben genuinely helped save the day. It took him just 45 minutes to arrive at Woolooware Bay and safely free our trapped resident.
